ストーリー
このゲームは、パパ・ドク、ジェーン・スターリング、ブルー・ベリーの3人の主人公の活躍を描く。彼らは、パパ・ドクの裏切り者の妻、ヴージュの魔女クイーン・ジンビと、海賊グリーンベアードの手下とゾンビの軍団によって画策された魔神の復活を阻止しようとする。彼女は海賊王フリントを捕らえ、3人の主人公をノックアウトした後、3人は自分たちの魂が肉体から切り離された呪いをかけられていることに気づく。
ゲームの前半では、3人の主人公はヴージュ島を出て助けを求めるために、肉体を取り戻す方法、魂を取り戻す方法、そして船を見つけなければならない。ゾンビにされる前に、あるいは鶏が三度鳴く前にそうしなければならない。

So is Ghost Pirates of Vooju Island as good as The Curse of Monkey Island? Not really. The truly funny moments can be counted on one hand, and the puzzles lack that spark of genius that could have made Bill Tiller's latest offering a memorable one.
Yes, it is a quality game with high-end graphics and superb voice-acting, but it also seems to be pretty much 'by-the-numbers' let's get this finished and hope we get better distribution and make more money than we did with Dreamcatcher so we can move on to our next project type of game.
Ghost Pirates of Vooju Island is an old-school point'n'click adventure, with an interesting gameplay. Its visuals, by Bill Tiller, are amazing, and the scenarios feel like the main characters of this adventure.
A little step further than A Vampire Story, Ghost Pirates is a good adventure in an inspired setting, but it shows some problems related to its youth. Perfection is still far but graphic and characters save the project.
A series of small issues prevent it from shining as brightly as it could have, but its fun puzzles in a cool setting make Ghost Pirates of Vooju Island an entertaining adventure.
