King Arthur: Knight’s Tale is basically XCOM in a fantasy setting with a melee-based combat system. Fans of this TBS subgenre will definitely have a good time. It doesn’t elevate the XCOM formula, but in the end, it doesn’t need to.

Squad management, vigorous combat and expanding Camelot combine into a compelling dark adventure, which forces you to live with the consequences of your missteps (especially when manual saving is turned off). Weak story is an obvious letdown, but don’t let it turn you away.

King Arthur: Knight's Tale is a great turn-based strategy game, but vastly more so for those well-versed in Arthurian legend. That said, even if you don't know much about the legend — or want to learn about it — this is a great game.

This game is true masterpiece. Atmosphere of game is very good. You have own castle - Camelot and u can recruit a lot of characters. BattleThis game is true masterpiece. I hope new dlc come very soon :). For me is game more better than hyped - Baldur Gate III...

Overall though, it’s been a lot of fun diving back into the Arthurian legend and this darker take on it. It’s a fun game with a decent amount of polish to it. Grab it if you love Arthurian mythology or just decent turn based RPGs.
