A great nostalgic feeling with great gameplay, extremely tight controls and a renewal of 3 great games of your childhood. A hard game that requires a lot of patience but almost every level makes it fun to be played. A must game with Nostalgic power.

The firt opus is excessively frustrating, and happily enough it only gets better through the 2 other games. The remaster is qualitative, nice musics and graphics. The controls are rather unprecise regarding what you are asked to do sometimes but I imagine it's fidel to the original game.
Delayed controls , frustrating and broken gameplay with crash 1 and 2 , do yourself a favor and play the original PlayStation 1 versions

At the fair price of $40, the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy offers three fun platforming classics that have been re-created from the ground up, and only minor adjustments have been made for the Switch. The first title suffer from its unification strategy, so it's a more frustrating experience, but Cortex Strikes Back and Warped play really well. The visual style and graphical performance on the Switch are fantastic thanks to the minor adjustments, making this a well-deserved port for the handheld's library.
Even the cinematics have been redone in full 4K glory. This is one great-looking game, and deserves to be showcased. Especially being a genre that has had its ups and downs over the years. With how easy it is to slap some new packaging and call a game a remaster is these days, it is refreshing to see one treated with such care.
Crash once again shows why it is one of the best platformers and a cult classic, now for PC, Xbox and Switch users to enjoy in it.
Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy can be compared to a good, old Chardonnay. It gives players the ability to enjoy an excellent remaster of three classic platformers and the adventures of an iconic character in one, single package. This is a collection that all Switch owners should be looking forward to.

However I find some of the levels, especially the bridge levels of Crash 1 to be extremely hard. Lucky me, I haven't gotten to Stormy Ascent... Yet. Otherwise, the one thing I hate is that the controls are so slippery or won't input. In multiple levels, I've clicked the B button and when I go to jump and it doesn't register, I get pretty pissed off. One screw up off any platforming, your dead.
Back in the 90’s a star was born and that star was Crash Bandicoot. The Crash game’s were a thing of beauty in my opinion and to say I hadBack in the 90’s a star was born and that star was Crash Bandicoot. The Crash game’s were a thing of beauty in my opinion and to say I had many fun and memorable hours playing these game’s would be a massive understatement. In fact I enjoyed these game’s that much that I would say that Crash Bandicoot is as profound in the gaming industry as both Mario and Sonic, and that’s quite a feat considering how huge both of them franchises are. As you can imagine then when I learnt that Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy was finally making its way to the Xbox One I jumped for joy and the best thing is that it was definitely worth the wait. This isn’t a bog standard remaster because a great deal of thought and effort has gone into all aspects of the different game’s that are available to you. They have also added a few extra features as well so what you get is the best Crash Bandicoot experience with new and extra content which fans of the game will love. These new features add to an overall package that is dripping in content and trust me you won’t find yourself getting bored anytime soon. In fact you will find it very difficult to put the game down because the replay value is off the charts and you definitely get great value for your money. You’ll also be pleased to know then that as far as the gameplay goes it’s pretty much perfect. Platforming and traversing in the game has never felt better and on the whole the gameplay is the right sort of challenging because it is both fun and challenging at the same time. There is also a huge amount of variety present in the gameplay as well and this is most evident when it comes to the level design. Each level is so intricate and cleverly designed which in turn means playing them never seems to get boring. In terms of gripes I only really have one and that isn’t a particular big gripe either. My gripe is about the vehicle levels because they aren’t as fun as the other levels due to the controls not being as responsive as they should. Like I said though this only a small gripe because I don’t actually dislike the vehicle levels. One of the most improved aspects over the original game’s is definitely the presentation side of things and without a doubt Crash Bandicoot has never looked and sounded better which means it fits in with today’s modern characters extremely well. At the end of the day Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is an absolutely glorious collection of game’s that are both perfect for veterans of the series and newcomers as well. Everything about the Trilogy screams perfection and when it’s all said and done it’s probably going to be up there with my top game’s of the year this year.
Crash Bandicoot returns with new graphics and the classic gameplay (which is sometimes unforgiving due to the camera movement). Nintendo Switch version offers lower resolution than PS4 or Xbox One, but the game still looks great and we love the possibility to play anywhere in portable mode.
If you have never played a Crash Bandicoot game then now is the perfect time to get into it. And if you’ve done it before, you’ll find a lovely HD trip down memory lane.
I said it a year ago and I can gladly repeat myself: As a remake this is as good as it gets. Faithful to the original but with enough visual improvement to make it current.
A faithful remake of the original trilogy, seen for the first time on PCs. Original late 90’s gameplay in a modern and aesthetically pleasing realization, with welcome additions like the timed challenges for all three titles. A remake done right and the best version of the game across all platforms.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is a loving remaster of a series of fan-favorite games. If you need a dose of 32-bit nostalgia, or if you want to see where one of gaming’s iconic characters started you can’t go wrong here.
Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy is a fun collection of titles filled with nostalgia value, presented in a wonderful looking HD package. It runs well and overall is a perfectly competent platformer. If you can forgive that some aspects of these games haven’t aged well in the last 20 years, then this can be a pretty fun throwback experience.
Crash Bandicoot can still be fun – but is far from essential. A visually impressive remake full of detail and polish for what is for the most part a painfully average platformer.
It’s a great romp through nostalgia and an excellent example of what proper remakes should be. The PC version is king and that’s the version you should buy.

Hundred hours of game on Sonya, after on the emulator, and now in the incentive. Crash Bandicoot provided me with the nearest, excellent gaming future.Updated and beautiful graphics, cool soundtrack, small corrections of the gameplay and a storm of emotions. In technical terms, everything is fine. Optimization of norms, although I was afraid that my old man would not pull it.But there are minor problems: at the first start the window mode in high resolution, which immediately alerted me, alt + enter fixed the situation. The overlay of the stimulus does not open. And when folding the game, the mouse refuses to work in the game. But it's more of my personal troubles. What kind of bugs, for a few levels passed, it was not noticed, but if I supplement the review, although I doubt, about something critical, the remake is done qualitatively and conscientiously. The only my game bought in the incentive at the full price, and not at a discount, and not a bit I do not regret.Crash Bandicoot gave a flurry of emotions, this game is beyond the age.10/10
A must-have for the Xbox One X. It’s a beautifully re-created/remastered trilogy that maintains the wonderful essence, as well as difficulty, that came with the original releases way back in the day. Vicarious Visions did a superb job with this one.

Even though the Switch Port isn't as powerful as the PS4 release it is still a must buy for any Switch Owner the Trilogy's Three Games are all amazing and play well Docked and Portable the N Sane Trilogy was a great choice for Switch, Now we can only hope that Spyro get's a release on Switch or Crash Joins the Battle in the Smash Ultimate.

Delirious atmosphere, superb graphics, old-school gameplay. Go for it!
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy stays remarkably faithful to the originals in nearly every way, warts and all. Vicarious Visions has implemented a few subtle tweaks here and there, which ultimately goes on to bolster the overall experience. There’s a vast amount of stunning, vibrant, challenging and diverse content to work through, with heaps of replay value waiting beyond that. Simply put, this is classic platforming at its absolute finest.
It's easy to imagine how a dyed-in-the-wool Crash fan will fall in love all over again via the N. Sane Trilogy, but if you're experiencing Crash for the first time--or the first time in a while--it might pain you to realize that Crash's original adventures aren't as inventive or surprising as they were 20 years ago.
Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy does a great job on PC, delivering three completely remade games with a classic feel and great visuals, up to 4K and 60 frames per second.
The culprit behind Crash's dated feel is the passage of time. Vicarious Visions, for its part, succeeded in revitalizing Crash from an artistic perspective while preserving the charm that made him appealing when he first showed up, but years have passed since the original PlayStation was relevant, and we are well past the formative years of 3D gaming.

Fun,platforming, nice controls, a decent difficulty curve (laughing at the one guy who thought it was dark souls hard) and some great designed levels worth the buy.Ps to the guy crying about the fact some people are giving it a ten get a life and learn that some people can enjoy things.
The remastered versions now look like interactive animated movies, with familiar levels recreated in a completely new engine with real-time lighting, new models and animations, visual effects and re-recorded sounds. But still, keep in mind that classic Crash games were a product of their era, so if you played this trilogy on PS1 back in the 90s when you were a kid, you won't get that the same feeling again.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, sure keeps the core mechanics of the first three games and adds fancy graphics with intense remastered soundtracks. Gameplay might be problematic at first newcomers, but sure in no time, it can be mastered.
It would be easy to dismiss Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy as a nostalgia play, but it's quite a bit more than that. This collection celebrates a franchise that was once a hallmark of a bygone console, and that hasn't been relevant for quite some time. Vicarious Visions has done a fantastic job recreating everything that made Crash Bandicoot such an appealing series, and it's done it with style and improvements that only this latest generation could provide. Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy isn't for the impatient player, but it's a rewarding experience for anyone with the guts to get a little wild.

No. It's simplistic style and gameplay tropesDoes Crash Bandicoot hold up today against the plethora of modern gaming conventions and genres? No. It's simplistic style and gameplay tropes harken back to a time before one had to spend hours and hours grinding levels or finding ranked online matches. The Crash Bandicoot games were designed to be fun. To be challenging, yet accessible. To be the crowning achievement in the "Platforming" genre.Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy stands as one of the best remasters ever brought into existence. It has it's flaws, sure, but these pale in comparison to the overall fun-factor. Anyone who gives this game below a 7 in their review is either too old to have ever played it in their childhood, or too young to fully appreciate what this pants-wearing marsupial did for the video game industry.TL;DRThis game great. You buy now.
If you've had the hankering for platformers as of late, like I have, this set is an absolute no brainer. For $39.99 you get three of the best platformers ever made, and they're completely remade for the current gen… you can’t get a much better value than that.
It's easy to imagine how a dyed-in-the-wool Crash fan will fall in love all over again via the N. While the N. Sane Trilogy is by no means the perfect and/or flawless remaster fans and interested onlookers may have wanted, there's no denying that a lot of Vicarious' microscopic and macroscopic attention to detail alike is demonstrated sufficiently well in Crash's current-gen revisit.
