Dont buy it, dont play it, not even for free.

It gets alot of hate definitely not a ten out of ten but there is work getting put into it and I think it is just under a hate wagon right now.

Regardless of how Fallout 76 transforms and mutates in the months to come, the present version is a brave, imaginative, and rewarding exploration, but its true glory is revealed among friends.

If you are more of a single player gamer like me, don’t let the online nature of Fallout 76 put you off… it’s eminently playable as a single player experience. If you are put off by the issues mentioned at the start then maybe steer clear (or at least wait to see if patches address your concerns), otherwise I’d say grab the Deathclaw by the horns and jump in (but maybe wait till you have powerarmour to do that.).

Fun to play with friends, not so much on your own. There's potential here, though a huge load of bugs manages to annoy and frustrate the player, leaving him or her with the impression that this full-priced game is far from a finished product. Shame.

Underneath the extremely rough and laggy exterior, Fallout 76 has the makings of a great and entertaining game. To some, the damage may have already been done and the appeal may have already worn off, but with Bethesda’s level of support, the game has potential to grow into something much more than it currently is.

Fallout 76 is fun to play; the simple loop of scavenging and exploration and crafting and progression works well when you’re in a group. Alone, it gets pretty old pretty fast - especially when dealing with bugs and glitches and performance woes. Ultimately it’s disappointing that the size and scope of the multiplayer doesn’t match the impressive West Virginia you get to explore.

I dreaded every hour I had to keep playing Fallout 76 for review. As soon as the game was beginning to teeter on fun or interesting, a bug or a frustrating gameplay design element would quickly remind me that the game was otherwise.

I don't think I've ever had a game in the test that was so difficult to judge. It doesn't grip properly, but Fallout 76 makes me feel very contradictory. On the one hand, I really enjoy the game world, the exploration and all the stories told here. But I'm also someone who can get involved with this indirect way of telling stories. I can understand that for many this doesn't work without NPCs and dialogues. But I enjoy reading the different diary entries and listening to the holobands. On the other hand, the poor technical condition of the game really annoys me a lot. The poor performance despite average graphics quality is hard to understand. You can and must expect more from a modern game in 2018.

Though it suffers from graphical issues and bugs, as well as unsatisfying combat, Fallout 76 is fun nonetheless, and the experience is only enhanced by cooperating with other players.

The lack of human NPC actually somewhat makes the game feel a lot more depressing than the other fallout games. Whats more sad than a rebuilding world being torn down all because of a plague? The game at this point in time is buggy but Bethesda is fixing it. With handwork and determination this game can truly be a solid game. I highly recommend this game if your looking for a post apocalyptic survival game with RPG elements.

A fascinating world and several good ideas are ruined by lots of technical problems and some design choices that make Fallout 76 almost unplayable. When it works, it can really shine; but this happens very rarely at the moment.

Is it a perfect game? No but what game is? yes there are some bugs and technical issues but that's to be expected form this type of game at launch. If you don't want to play Multiplayer fallout then go back and play fallout 4 but quit hating on this one because it's not Fallout 5.

Despite some very annoying bugs that absolutely need to be addressed, the game is both a wonderful online experience and an underrated solo adventure if you enjoy the exploration aspect of games such as No Man’s Sky.

The most positive thing I can say about Fallout 76 is that a train wreck of this magnitude might finally yank Bethesda – a company that gets away with too much – back to reality. A niche few will still be drawn to it, perhaps out of curiosity, a completionist’s need to devour all things Fallout, or, like me, a morbid desire to simulate life after the end of the world. Whether you're playing this with friends or alone it defiently is a hit. The gun modification system has been greatly improved and is more rewarding. The CAMP feature is fun, creative, and relaxing. The story and quests are actually clever thought out and more indepth than what one would think at first look. And the community is friendly, helpfull, and overall what a good community should be like. Theres room for imporvements of course, but all games have that. If it isn't it right now, the game surely will be a huge success after a few updates. Defeiently a hit.

Sure it’s got it’s bugs, but that was expected. So far, the storyline isn’t really all that appealing, but I do thoroughly enjoy the world itself. It's not our same old RPG Fallout, but it’s honestly not as bad as everyone is leading it on to be.

Ignore the zero reviews, it's just entitled brats that are mad its not New Vegas 2. I will say playing with a group is way more enjoyable than playing solo.
